
The Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee’s (DISC) mission is to create, implement, revise, and sustain a formal plan to foster a more diverse and inclusive working environment for all University Services staff. The committee ensures the three University Services principles are maintained and incorporated into the plan.
The three University Services principles are Service Excellence, Efficiency and Effectiveness, and Team and People. The goals of the University Services’ diversity and inclusion plan cover multiple areas for all levels of staff including recruitment, staff development, work environment, management, leadership, and engagement.
