The University Services Employee Rewards and Recognition Program is one of many ways that we celebrate the hard work and outstanding achievements of our staff and instill a culture of appreciation throughout our organization. Each award has been developed from one of our three principles and our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, each year there is a celebration to honor the recipients.

All staff members are invited and encouraged to participate in the nomination process. Staff may nominate a peer, a direct report, or a manager in any department within University Services.
